We’re looking for someone to provide end-to-end planning and support for key marketing campaigns by collaborating with stakeholders and leading a team of highly specialized marketers.
You are passionate about marketing operations and ready to execute on the marketing strategy with quality and consistency. Scalable marketing processes that ensure best practices on marketing automation, lead lifecycle management, segmentation, and project management are just part of your leadership skill set. You are analytical and affluent in all areas of digital marketing and being data-driven, you're masterful at bringing insight and spotting the opportunities to optimize.

Manage, mentor and lead a high-performance team of creative marketing professionals & suppliers
Coordinate and help the leadgen, product and customer marketing specialists execute and report on their campaigns
Align sales and marketing efforts
Setup and track web properties, including landing pages, tracking pixels, tag management systems, etc.
Research, plan and execute new tactics & growth marketing techniques to drive customer acquisition
Bring visibility and reporting to marketing initiatives
Desired Skills & Experience
7-10 years digital marketing experience (Web, Blog, SEO, Social, Email, Paid, Linking, etc)
Minimum of 5 years managing marketing teams/suppliers
Demonstrated success in B2B sector
In-depth knowledge of tools of the trade (Google Analytics, CRM, Marketing Automation).
Proven track record of campaigns that increase web traffic, conversion, and SQO
A collaborator who is extremely organized takes the initiative and pitches in when needed
Organized, thorough project management capability
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and adapt to a changing, fast-paced environment. Knowledge of agile marketing best practices would be a plus!
Analytical, problem-solving capability to help the team and executive make sound decisions
Excellent communicator who is dedicated to maximizing the team’s talents, showcasing marketing efforts to the rest of the company and driving company results
